Bristol Maid Portering Chair - Front Steer

Front steering chair allows for simpler handling for ‘occasional’ users, especially in restricted spaces.

One piece frame construction offers excellent reliability and helps to reduce maintenance nightmares.

Chairs nest together, slightly reducing storage space, and encouraging neater storage.

Drop down moulded arms allows side access for both patient and helpers.

Foot rests hinge down and fold back adjacent to side of chair, easing both storage and patient access.

X-ray/Notes storage at rear of chair together with hooks for bags etc.

Provision on rear legs for optional IV/Drip pole and cylinder holder.

Quality cushion wheels - 200mm fixed at rear with braking facility, 125mm swivel castors at front.

The tapered upholstered seat,approx 530 x 420mm at 550mm high, and back support, 480 x 480mm, both feature seamless contoured edges.

G/500/RS/CYL - Cylinder Holder suitable for `D` or `CD` size cylinders, 100mm dia. [1kg] For G/500 model only.
G/CARD LOCK - Operates by means of a £1 coin or plastic release card. (A retro-fit attachment is available for Bristol Maid portering chairs to accept this card)
G/CL CARD - Plastic release card for use with G/CARD LOCK.
G/CARD STATION - Head of station for chairs fitted with G/CARD LOCK.
G/CARD LOCK RETRO - A retro fit attachment for Bristol Maid portering chairs to accept the G/CARD LOCK.
G/CLS - Extendable captive moulded foam leg/calf supports on stainless steel tube, slides way when not required [2.3kg]. For G/200/RS & G/205/FS models only.
G/CLS/500 - As above but for G/500/RS model only.
G/DP - IV/Drip pole, stainless steel, single hook, supplied with handwheel [3kg].
G/SB - Seat Belt with snap buckle. For G/200/RS & G/205/FS models only.
