The Doro HandlePlus mobile phone is a simple phone designed to give independence and peace of mind to the elderly. The SIM card can be pre-programmed with up to 5 numbers, enabling you to contact your loved ones quickly and easily. In addition, you can contact the emergency services by holding down the green `call` button.
When you set up your numbers, simply put the speed dial number before the name, e.g. `1Son` followed by their number, then when you want to call them simply hold down the appropriate number and you will be connected in seconds. With large buttons arranged in ascending numerical order, making calls couldn`t be easier. You can receive calls too, so your relatives can have peace of mind knowing that they can contact you easily.
The Doro HandlePlus has been specifically designed to allow you to grip the handset effortlessly and locate its buttons with ease. The phone comes with 9 polyphonic ringtones to choose from or if you prefer to be more discreet then you can use the powerful vibrate option. The phone also features a speaker phone so can be used handsfree if required and is provided with a neckstrap to make carrying it easy.
The phone requires a SIM card (not supplied) and will work with Vodafone, Orange and O2. If you have a pacemaker or other medical device, please consult your doctor about the suitability of this mobile phone and wearing it around your neck on the neckstrap provided. |
