You can also choose whether you want a push button or clip to adjust the height of the crutch.
Push Button Adjustment
After loosening the cap nut, press the push button into the tube and adjust the lower part of the tube to the required height whilst keeping the tube straight. Make sure that the push button appears through its new slot (this can be heard) then secure the cap nut.
Clip Adjustment
After loosening the cap nut, push out the clip and adjust the lower part of the tube to the required height, keeping it straight. Secure the clip from the outside in the appropriate slot, then secure the cap nut again
